DVD was received well packaged in brand new condition. DVD was found to be defective and confirmed by playing on 3 different reliable DVD
players. Contacted seller to advise him of the problem and he refunded my purchase price instantly. Even though the product was not found satisfactory, the seller stood behind his product

Brand new as described, played just fine without any incident. Securely packaged in a mailer. Awesome customer service communications, but does take time to arrive. Shipping from S. Korea to Vegas to your destination. It took almost 2-weeks to arrive, just in case you have time constraints. I would buy from again, primarily because their customer service is quick to respond, and helpful.
